No-Refund Policy for Coaching Programs and Services

1. Coaching Programs and Services

  • All Sales Final: Once you purchase a coaching program or any other service from Matters of Perspective®, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the program or service, changes in personal circumstances, or any other reason.
  • Commitment to Excellence: We are dedicated to delivering exceptional value and support through our coaching programs and services. We encourage all clients to engage fully and communicate any concerns or challenges they may encounter so that we can address them promptly and effectively.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Session Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of that session.
