For Services, Digital Products, and Programs
At Matters of Perspective®, we offer transformational services and digital offerings designed to support personal growth, healing, insight, and perspective shifts. Because of the experiential, time-based, and digital nature of our work, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy.
1. Service-Based Offerings (All Live & Experiential Work)
All Sales Are Final
All purchases for service-based offerings are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Coaching and counseling sessions
- Hypnosis and regression work (including QHHT®)
- Intuitive, spiritual, or energy-based sessions
- Readings, rituals, clearings, or similar experiential services
These offerings involve reserved time, preparation, and energetic presence that cannot be recovered once booked.
Personal Responsibility & Outcomes
Results vary by individual and depend on personal participation, openness, and integration. Matters of Perspective® makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes and does not offer refunds based on results or personal expectations.
2. Self-Study Programs, Courses & Digital Content
No Refunds on Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Self-study courses and online programs
- eBooks, PDFs, downloads, and digital workbooks
- Recordings, replays, and digital resources
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital content, refunds, exchanges, or returns are not available once access is granted.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations (Live Services Only)
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule a live session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
- One reschedule may be granted, subject to availability.
- Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the session with no refund or credit.
Provider-Initiated Changes
In rare cases where Matters of Perspective® must reschedule, you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative date or appropriate accommodation.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Case-by-Case Review
While this policy is firm, we recognize that rare and exceptional circumstances may arise. Any request for consideration will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Matters of Perspective®. Any exception does not establish a precedent.
