Before we dive into QHHT®, let’s answer one of the questions I get asked almost every day…
“Is QHHT® the same as Past Life Regression?”
The short answer is yes… and no.
Many people find their way here because they were searching for Past Life Regression, so if that’s what brought you here too… welcome.
While a QHHT® session generally includes exploring two to three past lives that may hold important information or insight related to your current life, it is so much more than Past Life Regression. Every session is unique because every person is unique. Some people also revisit meaningful moments from this lifetime, receive symbolic imagery, experience other forms of awareness, or simply have a deep sense of knowing. There is no script, no expectation, and no “right” experience to have.
The heart of QHHT® isn’t about proving whether past lives exist. It’s about helping you connect with the deepest, wisest part of yourself — often called the Higher Self or Super Conscious — to receive the insights, clarity, healing, or perspective that will serve you best. Whether you’re simply curious, have questions you’ve carried for years, or are looking for a deeper understanding of your life, your session unfolds in the way that is right for you.
Now that we’ve cleared that up… let’s talk about what QHHT® actually is.
There comes a point when understanding your patterns isn’t enough.
You’ve shifted perspective.
You’ve done the work.
You see the loops.
And still… something deeper is asking to be heard.
A QHHT® session is where we follow that thread — a structured, immersive process designed to access deeper layers of your awareness without surrendering your sovereignty.
As a Level 2 QHHT® Practitioner, I create a steady, spacious environment where deeper exploration can unfold naturally. Sessions take place in person in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with plenty of time to explore without feeling rushed.
This is not escape.
It is not fantasy.
It is not performance.
It is remembering.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®) was developed by Dolores Cannon over several decades of research and practice.
A QHHT® session is a structured, immersive experience that allows you to quiet the everyday thinking mind and explore what may be waiting underneath it — without rush or pressure.
You are not unconscious.
You are not controlled.
You are not overridden.
You are aware.
You are present.
You are participating.
What comes forward can take many forms — past lives, memories, images, emotions, or simply a sense of knowing. The experience isn’t only about what appears, but why it may be meaningful for your life today.
Because QHHT® isn’t about exploring a past life just to discover who you might have been.
It’s about becoming curious about why this experience may be showing up for you now.
What does it help you understand?
What connection suddenly makes sense?
What question does it answer?
What perspective does it change?
The goal isn’t spectacle. It’s understanding, clarity, healing, and perspective that can continue long after the session itself.
Because the most meaningful part of QHHT® isn’t necessarily where you go.
It’s what you bring back with you.
Sometimes the most meaningful part of a QHHT® session isn’t a dramatic revelation. It’s the moment something you’ve carried for years suddenly makes sense.
A question may finally have an answer. A pattern you’ve repeated throughout your life may look different when you understand where it began. An old belief may loosen its grip. Something you’ve struggled to make peace with may finally feel a little lighter.
And sometimes healing happens.
Healing can mean many things. It can be emotional release. Peace around something that once hurt. A new understanding of yourself or someone else. Freedom from a belief that no longer serves you. A sense of connection you haven’t felt in a long time. And yes, some people have also reported physical changes following their sessions.
No two experiences are the same, and there are no guarantees about what yours will bring. QHHT® is not medical or psychological treatment, nor is it a replacement for either.
But sometimes seeing something differently changes your relationship with it.
And sometimes that is where healing begins.
Before we ever begin the hypnosis portion of your session, we talk. And I mean really talk.
I want to know what brought you here. What you’ve been wondering about. What has been happening in your life. What you’re hoping to understand. And yes, we’ll go through the questions you’ve prepared — but you are more than a list of questions.
The more I understand about you and your life, the better I can follow the threads that emerge during your session, ask meaningful questions, and recognize when something may be worth exploring a little deeper.
There is no rush to get you comfortable and into position so we can “start the session.” This is already part of the session.
I reserve six hours just for you. Not because your session needs to take six hours, but because I don’t want the clock deciding how your experience should unfold.
Some conversations need a little more time. Sometimes there are tears. Sometimes there is laughter. Sometimes a question opens a door we didn’t expect, and it feels important to stay there for a while. And sometimes everything simply flows and we finish earlier. There is no prize for being fast and no pressure to keep things moving.
I want you to have time to settle in, get comfortable, explore whatever comes forward, and gently return when the hypnosis portion is complete. Afterward, we have time to talk about what you experienced, what surprised you, or even what left you wondering, “What the hell was that?”
Those six hours aren’t a deadline. They’re breathing room.
And then there’s the part almost everyone worries about…
What if I can’t do it?
What if I don’t see anything?
What if I’m just making all of this up?
If any of those thoughts show up, congratulations — your Fred has joined the session. Fred is what I call that analytical part of the mind that wants to understand, evaluate, question, and make sure you’re doing everything “right.” He isn’t trying to ruin your experience. He’s simply doing what he knows how to do.
You don’t have to fight him, silence him, or somehow become perfectly empty-minded. I’ll remind you that you’re doing just fine and encourage you to stay curious about whatever is coming forward rather than trying to decide whether it’s “real” or whether you’re doing it correctly.
Sometimes that means taking a few slow, focused breaths and allowing yourself to relax a little deeper. Sometimes it means moving out of your head and into your heart. And sometimes it simply means giving yourself permission to say the first thing that comes to you without analyzing it.
You don’t have to know how to do this. That’s why I’m there.
Maybe there’s a question you’ve been carrying for years.
Maybe you’ve noticed the same pattern showing up again and again and find yourself wondering, Why does this keep happening?
Maybe you’re looking for clarity around a relationship, your health, an experience you’ve never quite understood, or simply the direction your life has taken.
Or maybe you can’t put your finger on it at all. You just have this quiet feeling that there’s more to understand.
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. You don’t need to know where your session will take you, what you’re supposed to experience, or what answers you might find. You can simply come with your questions, your curiosity, and a willingness to explore.
QHHT® gives you the time and space to look beyond what you already know and discover what else might be there.
And sometimes the understanding that comes through isn’t about the question you thought you came to ask at all.
If the word hypnosis immediately makes you picture someone swinging a pocket watch and making you cluck like a chicken, we can clear that one up right now.
QHHT® is not stage hypnosis, and you don’t hand over control when you walk through my door. You remain aware and involved throughout your experience. You won’t be made to say or do anything against your will, and you can speak up at any time.
This isn’t entertainment or spiritual theater, and it isn’t about giving someone else authority over you or your life. If anything, the exploration is about connecting more deeply with the wisdom and understanding already within you.
There is also an important boundary here: QHHT® is not medical or psychological treatment and should never replace the professional care you need. If you are experiencing an acute medical or mental health crisis or need clinical support, QHHT® is not the appropriate setting for that care.
QHHT® can be part of your personal or spiritual journey alongside appropriate professional care — but it doesn’t replace it.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come to a QHHT® session. You don’t need to be fearless, perfectly relaxed, spiritually experienced, or somehow know how to “do” hypnosis.
You can be excited. You can be nervous. You can be skeptical. You can have a page full of questions or one question you’ve carried quietly for years.
What helps most is curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to let the experience unfold without trying to decide ahead of time what it should look like.
And if your logical mind is already asking, But what if I can’t see anything? What if I make it up? What if I do it wrong? — you’re in very good company.
Below are a few simple exercises and resources you can explore before your session if you’d like. They aren’t homework, and there’s no test waiting for you at the end. They’re simply opportunities to play with imagination, perception, and allowing your analytical mind to loosen its grip a little.
You don’t need to prepare yourself to have the “right” experience. You’re simply giving yourself a little practice allowing whatever comes.

The “What If?” Game — Where Logic Takes a Coffee Break
Feeding Your Imagination (Because It’s Been on a Diet)
Before I ever guided a QHHT® session, I experienced one myself.
I went into it curious and open — but definitely with a healthy dose of skepticism. I remember thinking, Alright… let’s see what this is actually about.
And then I discovered something that I now hear from clients all the time.
Am I imagining this? Is this real? Am I making this up?
Yep. My Fred showed up too.
I was aware the entire time. I wasn’t asleep or “gone.” I knew where I was, I knew I was talking, and part of my mind occasionally wanted to stop everything and analyze what was happening.
But I stayed curious and let the experience unfold.
What came through wasn’t valuable to me because it was dramatic or because I could somehow prove where it came from. It was valuable because of what it helped me understand about my life now.
Things connected. Patterns made more sense. Questions I’d carried for years began to look different.
And then came the part of the session QHHT® calls connecting with the Subconscious — that deeper, wiser part of ourselves beneath all the everyday thinking and analyzing. The answers that came through felt direct, personal, and sometimes surprisingly simple.
Later, I listened to my recording.
And that mattered.
I could hear myself saying things I remembered experiencing but now had the opportunity to listen to from a completely different perspective. I could sit with it, revisit it, and notice things I hadn’t necessarily recognized while I was in the experience itself.
That first session didn’t magically “fix” my life.
But it changed the way I understood parts of it.
And that was enough to make me want to understand QHHT® more.
Eventually, that curiosity led me to train in the method myself and become a Level 2 QHHT® Practitioner.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of sitting beside other people as they have their own experiences. No two sessions have ever been exactly alike — because no two people are exactly alike.
And that’s still one of the things I love most about this work.
I don’t know what your session will show you.
But I know what it feels like to be the person in that chair wondering what might be there.
Your QHHT® experience doesn’t necessarily end when you get out of the recliner.
Sometimes something makes perfect sense immediately. Sometimes you leave with a new perspective or an answer you weren’t expecting. And sometimes something that came through during your session doesn’t fully click until later.
You may find yourself thinking about a particular moment days afterward. You may hear something differently when you listen to your recording. You may notice a connection you didn’t recognize while you were in the experience. Or something in your everyday life may suddenly remind you of what came through and make you think, Ohhhh… now I get it.
There is no deadline for making sense of everything, and you don’t have to leave your session with every piece neatly tied together.
The session opens the door. Sometimes the understanding keeps unfolding long after you walk through it.
If you’ve made it this far and something about QHHT® keeps tugging at your curiosity, maybe it’s worth exploring.
You don’t need to know what your session will bring. You don’t need to have the perfect questions. And you certainly don’t need to have everything figured out before you walk through my door.
You just need to be willing to show up, get curious, and see what unfolds.

QHHT® is a deep, immersive experience, and it isn’t necessarily where everyone wants to begin.
If you’re curious but aren’t quite ready to book a session, that’s okay. You don’t have to force a decision or know exactly what you’re looking for.
Sometimes the next shift begins with something much smaller — a book that makes you think, a question you can’t quite shake, a new perspective, or something you stumble across at exactly the right time.
Follow your curiosity. You can always come back to QHHT® when — and if — it feels right for you.
