The “Seeing” Exercise — or… Let’s Talk About Perceiving

If you’re preparing for a Quantum Session (QHHT®, BQH, or even Quantum Connect),
there’s something important to understand right up front:

This isn’t about seeing. It’s about perceiving.

And yes — that distinction matters more than most people realize.

Because the moment someone hears,
“Can you see a red bird?”
half the room goes:

“Uh-oh… I don’t see anything. Am I broken?”

Nope. Not today. Not ever.

Let’s Clear This Up First

There are many ways your mind communicates with you:

You might see images

You might hear things

You might feel sensations or emotions

You might simply know — instantly, quietly, without explanation

You might even pick up smells, textures, or subtle impressions

All of it counts.
All of it is valid.
None of it is “less than.”

This work is not about performance.
It’s about access.

The Red Bird (Yes, We’re Doing This)

Let’s play for a moment.

You can close your eyes… or not. This isn’t a test.

Now —
Perceive a red bird.

Got something? Good.

Now…
Put a hat on it.

Pause. Don’t overthink it. Just notice what shows up.

Now Let’s Get Curious

What did you experience?

Was it a cardinal? A finch? Something completely unexpected?

Was it realistic… or more cartoon-like?

Big? Small? Vivid? Faint?

And the hat — don’t skip the hat —

Top hat?

Sun hat?

Something fabulous and slightly ridiculous?

Or maybe…

You didn’t “see” anything at all.

Maybe you just knew:
“It’s a small red bird with a black top hat.”

No image. No movie. Just… knowing.

Here’s the Truth Most People Need to Hear

That counts. Fully. Completely. Without question.

You don’t need a mental IMAX theater to access your inner world.

You need permission to trust how information comes to you.

Because the real block isn’t inability…

…it’s doubt.

Why This Matters (More Than You Think)

In a Quantum Session, we’re not chasing visuals.

We’re accessing information.

And information doesn’t care how it arrives —
only that you’re willing to notice it.

The moment you stop judging how you perceive…

…you start actually receiving.

The Real Question

Not:

“Did I see it clearly enough?”

But:

“What showed up — and am I willing to trust it?”

Final Thought (Your Gentle Reality Check)

You were never “bad” at this.

You were just taught to ignore the quiet ways your mind speaks.

This is simply you… remembering.

So tell me —

How did your red bird show up?
And more importantly… what kind of hat did it dare to wear?
